Anybody knows what the OBD II is for. I was changing a fuse on the driver side and i noticed a white box looking thing that had OBD II on it with wires hanging out. It looked like it should of been plugged up to this black box with wires hanging out . I didn't plug it up scared it might mess up something it is right beside the light right above the brake pedal.
