Where's the picture where the rear hind panels actually swing out some 20 degrees to form wings? I am dead serious, they form intakes to cool the engine at high speeds and the flaps can be moved manually up or automatically. Truly a Bat outa hell

I love the looks of both the Diablo and the Viper...but whenever I look at them and think about wanting them, I think about death!

Those cars are too scary for me, now I know this is crazy, but if they didn't really go that fast and where very very safe, then yes I would be thinking about them all the time!

Even my GS scares me sometimes when I go too fast....maybe I just need more experience behind the wheel...

Well spoken Nanotech! I too have to admit that it is truly a mind numbing experience to be behind the wheel of that much power! And I can definitely speak from experience: I've driven a "trailer car" to 167 m.ph. in the 1/4 mile from a stand still. It took @ 7.6 sec.!!! Yeah, I had the Brass ***** strapped on that day! And I'm happy to say that I drove on several occassions my buddies modified Ferrari Testarossa to just under 170!!!   But my Brass ***** turned to Cotton!!! So I had to let off. That by the way was on the Tollway! So frankly speaking, for all the Diablos, Porsche GT2's, Ferrarri's and the like, yeah they have Massive curb appeal and would likely make a few people wet, every time I see one rolling, they're usually taking it easy. Sh**, I would'nt want to even risk scuffing a $100,000 + car! Much less crash it!

The only thing that the Viper (or just about any other muscle car, save the Corvette) has ever been good at is 1/4 mile speed. There will always be something faster...
