Question Lowering My GS

I spent the past week and half posting and going through a lot of threads regarding issue of bigger rims and dropping the car. Yesterday I went to a place and got a quote of $500 for Eibach Pro-Kit Spring Set plus labor. Although I'm not planning to get the work done since I'll be putting my stock tires back on soon for winter, is this the right choice for me? I've seen other brands but the guy I spoke with says Eibach is the right choice.

Let me tell you, as far as shock and springs and all that, I wouldn't pay someone else to do it. You can't be intimidated. I changed the springs on my car with a friend. Althought it took about an hour and a half each but at least I saved myself the money I would have paid someone else and I'm proud that I worked on my own car. At that quote you're paying about $200 or more just in labor.
