Default Need Help Removing CD Cartridge

Hey, does anyone know how to take out or remove the cd cartridge without power? As many of you know I had an accident and the GS is totalled. It's been more than a week since the accident and the battery is dead. I have some cd's that I want to get but there is no power. Is there a way to get this out? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'll post some pics soon, once I get them reduced.

I had the same problem. If you know anybody else with a GS you can just unplug their changer and plug yours in just to eject the magazine. Any year up to 05 should work. I bought an 02 and had a 98 and it was an easy plug and play swap.

all you have to do is just reconnect the wires to the battery... im guessing you got rear-ended (if my memory serves me correctly)... so just pop the hood open (if u can) and have someone touch the wires together for a couple seconds (just long enough so u can pop it out) and ur good to go... once again, im sorry for your loss
