So I've got this buddy of mine that is drooling over these wheels. I will admit they are nice but not my style. Well anyways the reason for this thread is will these wheels fit agressivly on his 2001 GS300?? He kinda wants a VIP style fitment, right on the lip of the fenders. what're the offsets? they look nice...

 

rear are 19x9.5 +22, i think it's too aggressive and may be sticking out.

 

should fit. i think my work rims have a 40 offset and they don't stick out a tremendous amount.

 

+35 front/+22 rear.....

front will work, no problem/ rear however might be tight fit but with rolled fenders and strech tire probably will work just fine, nice wheel tho.....

 

They will fit fine.

a 9.5 +22......................if you add half inch you end up with a 10 and mm diif in offset should be equivalent to 10+35

Some of you said the fronts will fit fine and the rears will too with a stretch tire and of course rolled fender...

Question: Will the rears fit VIP style like right on the fender line and will the fronts stick in a little or the same (right on the lip of the fender?).

All wheels and tires are slightly different. Here's a shot of my 19x8's at +35 all around with General HP 245/35's.

 

Now that helps alot Now I can figure with that offset in the front how they fit since the wheels are another half inch wider in the front then yours. I think he'll run a 15mm spacer to bring it right to the wheel well. Thanks bud!!!

Please tell your friend that whatever he does DO NOT roll the rear fenders. It can't be done without totally screwing up your fender well - it needs to be shaved. Trust me...I found out the hard way...

 

Lexbox My buddies car is black and it has Tein RA suspension. I think the wheels would look pretty good considering the drop he plans and how much tire he wants to tuck.

BLiu Would a body shop know of this 'shaving' process?? Would 'rolling' the rear fender really screw it up that bad?!

The rolling will screw it up bad and then you will need to fill it, sand it, and repaint it to get it to look right again. Shaving or cutting the lip is the only solution for the rear fenders.

Thats how it looks with 245/35/19 +38 FRONT and 275/30/19 +33 REAR
I think i can go with +28 offset rear without rolling or shaving, here is the picture:

 

I think you might need spacer up front 5-10mm, i have lots of space in front
