big props to BRADSGS4....
... for helping me out getting my GS400 serviced for the 75k. Brad's definitely the guy to go to for the DC area folks (lindsay lex in alexandria).
The car just feels much better now. Thanks, Brad, for helping out a fellow CL member. Best service I've had at a dealer...

Too Bad, cant say the same about Lindsey Sales people. They wouldn't go down on the price of a new 06 GX470. Is Brad a service writer or a tech. The GX and GS will be needing service soon. Might give him a call this week get the once over before the meet this weekend.

Yep, yep, Brad's the man. I can attest to that too, firsthand. So nice to find a Lexus dealer not afraid to work on modded Lexuses, and also don't charge you 5 times more because it IS modded.

Man I did't even think about it. I just got it this week, so I'm not used to it yet. The product is
a clean coating that we apply to the car. No more wax!! I'm putting it on next week. It's no joke!

I know this is an old thread but whatever. Props to Brad again 
I got my ball joints replaced today @ 85k along with some other stuff done. He totally took care of me and made sure my car was 100% straight, customer service was a PERFECT 10!! So again BIG props to Brad for the attention to detail. THANKS!
