I was just browsing on ebay for a TRD grill and came across this....

Is this the same TRD grill that everyone else has? How much does Steve @ Carson get this grill for? Or where is the cheapest place to get this grill, or should i just grab this one?

89.00 is a heck of a price even with the shipping. I dont think you can even get them easily anymore.

 

That particular grill is not a authentic TRD grill. It will be shipped from China or Taiwan. Take about a month to get it. Friend of mine bought it we verified against some other TRD grills. For one you will have too purchase bolts to install the grill and the grill holes does not line up with the openings. It was a piece of crap made in some sweat shop or basement. Hell, I still have it in my garage, my friend didn't want it anymore. I installed it but didn't like it and purchased the one from Sewell. it's yours for $50 plus shipping. Anything from HK-PLUS is cheap and a bad copy of the original.

 

so where do i order the original TRD grill with the CF surround from? Thanks for the lookout!

 

He is also the same clown who sells the black pearl emblems that turn gold after the first car wash. I would be careful buying from him.

Good eye It is funny how he gets away with displaying a grill that has what looks like a real TRD emblem. but sells a TRD style one

I would get it from Ltuned parts, just not too sure you can get it with the CF look

 

I don't think it is a TRD. It is DRT. Don't buy it
