Default Cruise Control Acting Up

I have a '99 GS3 with 20s and a different gear and when I'm going down a hill with the cruise set, it seems as if the car is overrunnning the cruise and the car kind of jumps. Is this to be expected from the mods? The cruise is fine going uphill and on flat ground.

have you changed your tranny fluid yet? if you did, did you use the correct fluid? If you used regular transmission fluid, you will need to go to local auto parts store and ask them for the friction modifier bottle for transmission fluid. i changed my tranny fluid and it stopped. (and it only happened going downhill for me as well)

I haven't changed the fluid or filter. Should I do both or just the fluid? Should I get a Toyota/Lexus filter? I was planning to do this but I read somewhere on the forums that the fluid/filter doens't ever have to be changed. What fluid do you suggest? I'm running RP in the differential.
