What areo kit are you looking at, and when would you be getting it?
If you arn't going to be getting a kit anytime soon, then I would say go ahead and mount it, but if you are getting one in a month or so then I would what.

Seems like you are going for more of an aggressive setup. Personally I would go with the Greddy lip, Lsportline sides, and the RMM 3 piece you have there. However the front lip and rear spoiler would be molded into the body for a flush look.
If you aren'r going to do all the work at once, then go ahead and just have the spoiler painted and installed. If you plan to buy the other parts for the body soon, then wait and get it all installed at once. The body shop might give you a bigger discount for doing more stuff at once rather than taking stuff in for 3 separate jobs.

I don't think I'm going to have any of it molded just because of all the construction that is going on around here. There is so much debris on the road way and traffic patterns are constantly changing around where I work.
