Well said Tiny...

As Tiny pointed out, we're not trying to belittle you or anything, just trying to keep you from making a mistake and screwing up your car or doing unnecessary mods which will just end up costing you more money.

285/30-20 on a 9" wide wheel is gonna look like you have black donut mounted on your wheels and could lead to early tire failure...285's are just not designed to work on a 9" wide wheel. Period. 255 is what I would recommend for 9" wide wheel...265 could work but most manufacturers recommend a 9.5" wide wheel for a 265 or 275.

As for the front, I have a 8.5" wide wheel in front with a +38 offset with a 245/35-20 and my setup is made to just BEARLY clear (this is HRE's recommended maximum "no need to mod" setup for the front wheel...HRE knows a few things about wheels and making them work right )...with your +37 & 255 setup, you will rub for sure...

Cool deal! Hey, we weren't trying to come down on you or anything...we just don't want to see members make a mistake and then have to spend even more money to correct it. A lot of people get too excited about getting wheels and they make mistakes. We see it all the time...

Well now that you have some time, take a look around and see what's available...there are SO many wheels out there! And next time around, you can get the right size wheels and tires so you won't rub!
