What do you guys think or what are the facts?

Are the GS's made with the same quality as the LS's. Are they built to be just as reliable? Same manufacturing process, quality standards for fit and function of parts, same tolerances? For example aren't the 98 models engine and trannys the same basically? Was just curious who of you have owned both. I understand that 98 was the first production year of the GS so of course the LS had years to tweak problems before that. I've owned both and have been very happy with them.
