I am looking at purchasing a 1999 GS400. I am in Minnesota and I found a car located in Jamaica New York. The guy said it is near Queens. Would anybody be interested in taking it for a test drive and giving me their unbiased opinion on the vehicle? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you could take a few minutes out of your day to take it for a test drive. Thanks!

I just got some more pictures of the car. No longer interested. Lots of overspray in fender wells, rusty bolts under hood, rusty shock tower bolts, etc. I guess they use salt on the roads in NY! Thanks anyway.

Yeah, NYC is one of the toughest places in the US for cars.

There always seems to be nice GS's for sale in Houston and Dallas TX.

 

im gald u decided against it... honestly, i would NOT purchase any car from Queens, NY unless you actually go to see it. there are TONS of crooked dealers out there and the cars they usually have are cars that have been in accidents and repaired... just BE CAREFUL.
