Hello all,
Long time lurker but lurk I shall no more. Yesterday I took ownership of a 2000 GS400
. All I can say is it was definitely worth the wait. The speed, the quality, my facial expression the past 24hrs has been 
. Got a GREAT deal on the price too, it was soooooooo worth the wait. 5 o'clock can't get here fast enough lol.

I hope you don't have a girlfriend or wife. Get the mods done first.
If the above already applies use my formula:
Take the retail price of the part divide by 4 (sometimes 5) + make sure your buddies are aware of the price you give to be on the same page. She will eventually ask.
Always tell Her /Him (got to be politically correct sorry) you got a deal. I always use "Honey I bought it used",
NO PAPER TRAIL - Keep cash on the side. Do not use credit cards. Transaction will show up.
Don't ask dont tell - She will never look under the hood so why tell her you have a turbo kit, strut tower bars, sway bars, or a suspension system.
Denial - "what body kit? That's how I bought the car"
Statements above were done by a proffesional , please do not attemp to do them without any supervision.
