I have never warmed up to the "dumped" look. Yes I know it is strictly for shows, but I still don't like it. The wheels on the Silver GS just look too heavy and hide everything behind. I like thin spokes so that you can see the brakes. Anyway, that's just me - I just don't get this "VIP look".

This was a great show; perhaps the traffic was a little slow, but it was refreshing to see a show that was more high-end oriented and not full of Civics or hot rods. Saw a ton of industry people I know, talked to my old pal Chris Rado, drank a couple of beers. Fun
I learned a few things (maybe I just 'decided' a few things):
1) 22" wheels look too big on any Lexus car. I am a wheel person, but 22s seem over the top, even to me.
2) Most wheel companies don't do a great job with offsets.
3) Many car builders don't do a great job choosing offsets, especially widebodied cars.
4) Almost all of the cars weren't detailed very well. Polish your rims, clean your calipers, shine that paint. Many of the cars don't impress me in person.
5) Cars on 'bags or cylinders sit on the ground give me mini truck (1980s) flashbacks.
6) I know it was fashionable at one time, but guys, pull your pants up. I saw a dude there with his belt around the bottom of his... bottom. I don't want to see your drawers.
7) I still want a Ferrari 360 Stradale.
8) Girls should stop wearing 9" heels & boots. Do you really need to TOWER over most men?
9) I am still heterosexual. Not that there was ever a doubt...
10) If your friend refers to the Lamborghini girls as "show hoes" as they walk past, security will toss your entire crew.
Good times! Can't wait fot the next one!
