2003 Acura TL-S: GS quite a bit quieter

Don't forget the tire type and condition has a big effect on noise too. Why not just drive some GS's and decide for yourself?

I would say out of the 100+ different cars I have driven in my life, the GS is in the top 10 quietest, maybe top five. The most silent I have driven? 2001 LS430

2001 acura tl-s: gs quite a bit quieter
2003 is300: gs a bit quieter
2005 sienna: gs a bit quieter
2006 330i: gs tremendously quieter
2005 sc430: gs noticeably louder
2005 ls430: gs noticeably louder

Wow rominl the new 330 is much louder? I wouldn't have thought that, interesting.

well, i drove the one at the lexus event, and it was load. it's like no engine noise isolation, and the road noise was pretty bad. quite a bit worse than my is300

i really wish i had ML....if i did...then I could save that money and put it into....

...and plus i really like the stock oem look

IMHO unless you are trying to keep the entire car stock the money you spend on the ML system could be put into an aftermarket system which would make the ML sound like a transistor radio. .......let me get my flame suit on......
