I would definitely say that dyno=performance, if the transfer from the engine to the ground is the same....
-same TC
-same rear end
-same general driveline parts in SAME condition
The only time I have not seen proven HP and TORQUE not translate to performance is if the transfer from the engine to the ground is not performing as it should.....and obviously if the gears are different..
