i guess chrome works for some people but im not feelin it on my car. i have the stock DWP trunk bar on mine, and all black pearl emblems and dark tint/silver wheels...i think it would clash....anyone (this is remote) have a pic of their DWP GS with black pearl emblems and a chrome trunk bar lol? i know its a stretch but lemme see if u do please..

 

I can understand what you're saying and agree that yes it would not go with the flow of your car IMO.

I personally like chrome but can also understand that some people ( not anyone here on CL ) would chrome there entire car if they could.

Is black pearl different or justa nother the name for the OEM black chrome emblems? RMMGS4 got his trunk bar black chromed to match the emblems.

 

I want a chrome trunk bar.. but I dont know if it would look good on a white with gold emblem GS

 

DWP GS with a chrome trunk bar and taillight trim.

 

I dont think with gold that would look to good...Like wearing gold jewerly and silver. Just switch the emblems to chrome....

 

I like the chrome trunk bar but too much chrome in the back is overwhelming. I plan on getting a chrome trunk bar but I'll be shaving the emblems, maybe except for the Lexus symbol.

 

Well installed it, it took like 10 mins then i got stuck on the lock part i was scared to PUSH it in because i thought something was going to break, so finally i said screw it if it breaks i dont care......I pushed hard and it popped right in with no problems!!

That's totally my plan. I removed the badges (we don't need no stinking ...) and added tips. Now I need the trunk bar.
