Hahah... Well, the insurance estimate came in at about $6200. I don't know what they placed the value of the car at, but the adjuster told me that the estimate was about half... so nowhere close to being totaled. I haven't given the go-ahead for the work yet, I'm still kind of fighting to get my other headlight replaced because now that there'll be a brand new one on one side, the other side will still be kind of foggy due to the stupid condensation issue. Oh, and the Cinnabar GS4 I was looking at was sold before I could go take a look at it. Oh well, I guess I was just meant to have a gold one Thanks for all the support guys, I really need it... I'm driving a 2002 GMC Sierra right now, and I can barely pull it in and out of parking spaces without hitting anything. I'll keep you posted on what happens next.

Sorry to hear about your car man. Thats good that u r ok. I just joined the club, so you'll see me on here posting new threads. By the way how far were you from the car in front of you, did you slammed the brakes or just went in and hit the car in front of you.

It all happened so quickly, so I don't know really. I do remember slamming on my brakes, and there being not enough stopping power to stop me from hitting the car in front of me. So, I guess the answer to your question is that I was following about ~100 feet behind her, and I just couldn't stop in time.
