Just got the TTE front lip thru the GB and was wondering how much it would cost to get it painted and installed. I got a quote today and came out to be $400something and i thought that was outrageous...Can anyone tell me how much u paid?

Paint and clear coat should run about 150-200 for the TTE lip...but this varies alot.

Install....its a DIYer job.....look in this thread....

I just had my TTe lip painted and installed for $100 in South Carolina.

In the Lexus Parts group buy they are charging about 98 dollars for paint on the TTE Lip

wow..this is really cheap...i guess us SF Bay Area ppl not only pay more for housing, but painting spoilers too...

I wonder how close it will come to the actual color on the car , especially being that I have a PDW?

i am thinking about returning the spoiler and pay $98 and have sewell painted...i already took it to 5 body shops and all of them said they would lose $ if the paint it for $98.

Also, is it true that the lip has to be primered before painting to prevent chipping?
