I installed the TTE Lip by MYSELF last week. It is holding up well. I used polyurethane glue from Lowe’s. Now my problem is some of the glue is sticking out of the cracks and I have to either sand it out or scrape it out. The glue has this yellow look to it so I will need some touch up paint as well in some areas...any idea where I can get some touch up paint.

I think this glue is excellent , I did the instillation last Tuesday and I still have some glue stuck on my body I in the process of scraping off that as well.

Btw: I am still working on my trunk setup and a small DYI dvd setup and roof spoiler. It looks like my car is getting there. Finally!

It does come with one but when you repaint it comes off. Sometimes, it is not in great shape after removal. I am glad to see Steve is selling it as an active item now.

When I had mine repainted a couple of years ago, Steve said it would be pretty difficult to get. I ended up having the shop fill in the indentation and painting.

They are not finished at all. They come the flat black that is the color of the polyurethane material. The quality is pretty good, though, you will just need to primer and paint.

I think that's for that license plate thing. I was talking about the small sticker. I got it new from Swell but I didn't get one in the box.

Well, the description is "TTE Emblem (front spoiler)" so I think we are all talking about the same thing.

Do we have to drill these holes ourself? Any pic of those area would be helpful. I thought that the glue should hold it.

Glad you were amused by the tape job but it wasn't meant to be funny, with the heat and humidity of a South Florida summer, white paint and that nasty black sealer this is necessary because once installed it cannot be allowed to move at all.
