Default Hood Shocks

Guys,

When installing my intake some bubble wrap ( was using it to wrap the neg battery cable so it wouldn't ground out anywhere) somehow got stuck on the hood shock and caused it to break - resulting in the shock lube to leak out. So, I am guessing it is done for

Where can I pick up a hood shock? Are there aftermarkets available?

Thx,
Jonny

You can probably find them at an auto parts store like Pepboys or Kragen. However if you want OEM you should to the dealer.

Anyone know if there are aftermarket that fit? Sewell has OEM for $70, but I'd prefer not to spend $70 if at all possible.

Thx,
Jonny
