HI, This is my first time here. I have a 1999 gs400. Just recently I started to notice a pulsating squeal from the wheels when I would step on the brakes at around 30-50mph. Is it just brake dust or what? Also when I start to drive my car, I also notice a different pulsating tone coming from the front wheels anywhere from 20mph and up, and the sound does not increase in rate. Thanx for any suggestions.

 

It was the rotors, They were warped.

but yes, if you have pulsation when braking, more than likely the rotors are warped

hopefully you had them fixed already
