Sigh, nevermind guys. I misread the price. The Admiration EL sills kit is actually 50,400 yen. I somehow thought that it read 5,400 yen. If you can read Japanese, you will understand how easily you can mistake it.

..................that brings me to the REAL price of the Admiration kit, which is a whopping $500. Same as the Pirelli World kit. Hiks.

What a difference a '0' makes huh Jon. You probably got a bunch of people (including me) excited.

Oh well. Scratch one project off the list.

ah jon, you burst the dream for a lot of people man. when i read 50 bucks i already thought something is weird, coz' it sounds too cheap to be something from japan 500 is more like it -- overpirced, haha.....

i have been thinking about this for a long time already, especailly i am seeing the illuminated sills on my sc430 every day, i get a lot of motivation to do it on the gs4 as well. i got some ideas, but need more planning and research to see the possibilities....

anyone has any idea where i can get a second set of sills (preferrably used) so i can do some experiment on?
