Default Junction Produce kit vs Explosion kit

I've been going back and forth between these 2 kits. I know they are totally separate styles, but I really like both of them. I think they are both fiber glass kits, so there shouldn't be much of an argument there. I was looking at the Wald Executive, but it's not a full bumper replacement kit. I'm looking to you for opinions for 2 reasons - first, I value your opinions and insights, and second, I'm having a hard time being unbiased because of the JP name.

Thanks,
Rex

PS - Do you know how much clearance from the ground you lose on these kits? I guess the rear bumper won't matter, but I'm thinking 1-2 inches lower on the front bumper and side skirts?

Well I would choose Explosion kit because I have never seen the JP kit in any other color besides black so I can't analyze the bodykit clearly. Plus these kits are low, you going to obviously have to drop the car because it looks silly with stock height. If you don't live in an area with many potholes or many uneven roads then I see no problem. Plus JP kit goes with more vip styling and explosion is more sporty so it all depends on what kind of theme you want on your car.

Default which kit?

I guess a non-gs owner can have an opinion.
Both look nice but for me, there is something about the JP kit. It looks like it is better quality. It has that subtle classy yet still aggresive look.

The JP kit looks smooth, almost too stock looking though. I would really love to see the kit on a different color car, and without being slammed on the ground...lowered, but not slammed. ......maybe a photoshop request would be in order. Almost any kit can look good when the car is slammed down....

JP all the way. There is a picture of a silver GS with a JP kit sitting on Auto Couture Supremes somewhere here on CL, maybe in the gallery somewhere. I believe the car is in HK...

It's hard to tell that it's the JP kit in the picture b/c the owner did not install a spoiler.

i actually really like the JP stuff because the Explosion kit looks like the car is morphing into a riced out civic...

but then again - the jp stull will take MONTHS to get here...

I'd keep searching man.

personally i like the jp a lot more than the explosion. the explosion is aggressive, but somehow the round fogs in the front don't do it for me. for the jp it's just very classy, i like that
