IBTL = In Before The Lock

Used mostly in forums where threads are frequently being locked by moderators because they often get outta hand. Not sure why it was used here, as I don't think too many people will make nasty comments.

Anyways, chuck...I also like taking my pics and going through all the different filters. Get some really crazy effects sometimes.
