Elclassico, I must respectfully disagree. You absolutely CAN go back to stock if you decide to and there is no damage of any kind. When adding this mod you simply remove the stock piece and replace it with the JDM one (its a Toyota part) made to fit exactly the same as stock, uses the same fasteners and everything. You are probably confusing the JDM authentic Toyota part with a stick-on copy-cat part that glues on over the original. That's not the way to do it. Way better to get the replacement JDM part. Installation takes about 20 mins.

Sorry, I don't get it. What's "PCed"? Paint Chopped? Politically Correct? Personal Choice?
Well, at least you can get an idea on how it will look without having to spend the $100 to buy the trunk bar by modifying your photo. But then, you could get pretty much the same effect looking at photos of actual cars with the mod in place. In the end, its like everything else, all about personal choice. If you like the way it looks and the price is affordable, you get it, if you don't like it or the price seems excessive for the value or is just beyond your means, you don't get it. It's a strictly cosmetic mod, no perfomance or safety enhancement. Doesn't make the car operate better or run longer or make your time spent in it more comfortable. The vote appears to be about 2 : 1 in favor; but you have to satisfy yourself on something like this.
Nice job on the PhotoChop, now you just gotta clean up that garage, LOL

I'm gonna pass on this one. I think it looks good on white or silver, but that's it.
IMO-Black chrome looks real good on Silver though.(w/ matching emblems of course)

 

With polished or chrome 19-20's I think it looks sweet. Ties in nice and is clean.

I think it looks good but not great. Yes its true to my eyes that it looks alittle too busy but if the L and the letters where black pearl then the numbers would be there but kinda in the background.

Go with the chrome.. Too much chrome on a car looks tacky, but having chrome accents on a car, especially black to me looks nice..

 

It's not black, it's "Midnight Pine Pearl" I still think it looks too busy. I like the clean,uncluttered look

Panda, It looks better on yours because you don't have the L in the middle(the fat chrome work equips don't hurt either )
