Cause you have the wood steering wheel and you can't!

Seriously, it was 20 degrees last night when I left work -and yes, I forgot my gloves. Not a problem touching the leather part of the steering wheel (all 5 inches on either side), but the wood part was unbearable.

I just don't understand why you want to make one of the main controls of the car as slippery as possible -
its like putting armorall on your gas and brake pedals!

You mean I'm not supposed to use Pledge on my steering wheel? j/k

I really don't find my wood wheel slippery though. I actually prefer to touch the wood part over the leather.

I too don't find wood on the steering wheel of my SC slippery at all , compared to the all leather one on my G35c.

well i don't have wood on the steering wheel on my gs4, so that's ruled out

and imho, it's about the "status" i guess. i too don't care much about the wood, i am not much of a wood person inside a car. i just take it as a sign of luxury to me a leather steering wheel, 3 spokes, with thumb ***** at 10 and 2 oclock, that's all i need
