Default New Shoes

Got some new wheels. This time 20 inch 3 pc. staggered setup. They are a brand new wheel from Bazo wheels. I think this is the only set in the US right now. They haven't even released the wheel yet to the public. I kinda sad though they are not JDM wheels like my last two but I really like the design and the 4 inch lip in the rear. Not to mention I got them at an incredible price. Here are some pics.

BTW, I am most likely going to sell my other wheels. They are Work LS 19x8.5 19x10. More details in the Classifieds.

I am going to go and get my rear fenders rolled this Monday. The back rub like crazy right now.

The offsets are +35 in the front and +25 in the rear. I know +25... I was wondering that too. These were the wheels that were on my car at SEMA and I asked the guy to make it more conservative and all he could do was give me an 8.5 in the rear instead of 9.5. I want to run staggered so I kept the +25. I put them on this morning and drove down the street and came back with rubber shreds hanging off the tire. So I raised the car about and 1.25 inches. Going to get the fenders rolled on monday. I think after that, it should be ok. I don't think I will be able to run a zero gap setup though anymore. I'll probably have to leave a 1 inch gap in the rear, which is ok by me.

Very nice looking, as far as the offset goes, maybe you can run a smaller tire in the rear, IMO giving up the desired ride height is unacceptable! LOL

congrats man, silver on silver looks very hot....as far as the rubbing i would go with smaller tires, you said you have a 20x9.5 rear right? if so run a 265/30/20 and than you should be able to no gap it.. and do 245/35/20 in the front 20x8.5 like normal. shouldn't be stretch looking since you are running a 20x9.5 rear instead of a 20x10..

265/30/20- http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compar...rk=1&x=14&y=13

245/35/20- http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

I don't know. You may need to shave the whole fender tab off or adjust the camber or go with skinnier tires (like Derrick suggested) or run stretched or a combination of these. 20s with 1" gap is quite a bit.

Congrats on the new wheels bro! They look hella sweet..But seriously, why such an aggressive offset with 20's? That kind of offset is going to drive you crazy on rough roads or dips at high speeds. If that car is your daily driver, it's going to be very important to have your height and suspension setup correctly.

BTW: Neo, myself and a few others are running in the high +30's with a 3"-3.5" lip on 10" wide rear wheel. All we had to do was grind down some of the metal inside the fender well so no rubbing would occur. Bluelex is running a low +40 offset with almost a 4" lip. DAMN GETTINS...

Your best bet would be to stretch a tire on the wheel. Not a good thing to do for a daily driver but will save you from buying new tires every 6-8 months from rubbing. Like Neo & D2 said, running a 1" gap or more will be unacceptable bro... j/k But, it may take the look away from the 4" lip.. Just my 2 cents...

Your car is coming along nicely. Keep up the great work!

Don't be a pansy. Run 245/35/20 tires in the back, some negative camber and drop the car a couple more inches.

Bazo has been around for quite some time, you have not seen their designs because they primarily are marketed to the "bling" crowd (26" wheels for Escalades, etc). It seems that they are trying to branch out. These wheels seem to be a good start!

McCong-just one thing, if you run a stretched rear, PLEASE run the corresponding stretch up front!!!!
