Hello,

The car under weilexus.jpg, what a nice ride!! I finally see a grill that I like. Is that a TRD japan grill?. Did you stick the Lexus emblem afterwards? Where did you get it?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

Cool trd grills

thanks for the compliments, yes that is a TRD factory painted grill, it doesn't come with the Lexus emblem, so you have to go to dealer and get one of the trunk logo, then stick it on the grill. i got it for an awesome deal, at
store.yahoo.com/lexusparts talk to hiro, he is a great guy with lots to offer.

good luck

Is this a new part?
Last I saw only three companies had this type of grill:
TTE - $375
C-One - $295
L-Sportline - $278

All cheaper than the $450 quote on that site. Steve has the TTE grill for $395.

I think that's a lot of money for a front grill! I am just waiting/hoping for a US manufacturer to do it for cheaper. Or just buy the L-tuned/RMM style for less.

SORRY STEVE misquoted you...It's $360 unpainted for the TTE grill.

Cool THANX!!!

Hi gsintensive,

Thanks a lot for sharing!! If you get more pics of your car in the future, do me a favor: take a close-up pic of the grill and let me know. I'd love to see it specially the mesh pattern.

Thanks again and enjoy your ride!!

Ray,

David @ GTautosports gave me the L-Sportline quote but he said the fit and finish sucks on it. You have to drill holes on the grill to make it fit. It is NOT a direct bolt-on/replacement.

Default Nice Grill

hi Miguel and everyone,

of all the grill i have seen, i love the TRD one as well.
Miguel, i think it looks almost identical to the TRD Altessa one that i saw at the dealership a while back.

if only Steve can get one for us at a good deal, that will be great.

Thumbs up TRD grill you will get a good deal.

Hello everyone, the web site that I provided would be able to work an awesome deal with you, just that you have to CALL him. Yes the list price is 450, but i garentee there is plenty room for bargains. Hiro is an awesome guy to do business with. So give it a try guys = ). The fit is perfect, pretty much DIY.

thanks brent,

I thought the L-Sportline grill should have a better fit than the RMM, I guess not

Anyone knows how the C-One grill fits? That's actually the 1st grill I wanted. Now since David can get it it should be cool. I would really like a grill that doesn't require me to cut and paste and glue and stuff, and also IN SHAPE!

BLiu: where did you get the quote for the C-One grill from? Dave @ GTA?

Ray,

Yup, he said the fit on the C-One grill is good and that is the best choice for price and quality. That price is his quote....Good luck!

GSINTENSIVE,

I love the grille too!!

CAR = SICK
RIMS = SICK
LOWERING = SICK
SYSTEM = I don't know
BODY MODS = SICK

You get a 4 outta 5 from me on the "Sickness rating"... hahaha.... Do you have a system in it??

I notice a "UC IRVINE" sticker on the back of your GS... Did you go there, or do you still go there?? I live about 10-15 from that area.

Anyways, very SICK GS... I hope mine looks that good soon!
