Please share your launch technique here.

I have used the brake technique with 2200 rpm. Is the higher the rpm, the shorter than 0-60 and 1/4 mile? What is the recommended rpm?

i just press the brake a bit, and then open the throttle more and more until i hear the tires spin a bit, then i floor it and release the brake at the same time.

Does it give you the shortest 0 to 60?

i can't get up to 60 (under age) but its faster than all other technicques i've tried, but i may be doing it wrong or something, but out of all the brake torquing i've tried, this is best.

and the reason you can let yourself move forward, is because i'm just thinking drag racing kinda thing, and when you roll forward you d/q, but on a G-tech pro, if you're spinning your tires and slowly creeping foward, it wouldn't start your run yet.

so in a way its not the fastest, but really it is.

Question Depends

RA - I got a slightly better 0-60 run by brake-torquing to 2500 but the brakes were having trouble holding the car. Just need to experiment with what works best for U. Also should check things out after each performance modification as they may change things ( especially the T/C ).

If I upgrade to Supra TT brake, will it hold the car for higher RPM?

Thumbs up Probably So

RA - Yep, I'd imagine any brake upgrade that consists of larger rotors would aid in holding the car for torque braking - just won't fit behind my Zenettis!
