junction produce
i was wondering why junction produce doesnt open up there market for the gs tailights and lower the price are they trying to keep them that rear.also what is the exact production of the tails. anyone know
honestly, and I hope no one takes my answer the wrong way...
I have already asked JP to lower the price as much as possible to enter the US market. At one point, these were 1900 then 1500... now its at the lowest possible price they can actually put it. The cost on making these lights is crazy high.
Like any business, they are here to reach the customers. If we were able to make it cheaper, it would be at the cost of quality and the look. We don't mass produce the tails either. Each one is made to order as well. It ensures the quality of the lights. I haven't seen any condensation issues or what not in the lights that are stateside already.
Many people have tried to replicate it but ended up trashing the tail light that they took apart... The process is long and delicate to make these tail lights. Unfortunately, it isn't cheap either.
AS much as being rare is nice and all, but business is important. and if we could sell a lot of these, we would sell them to make them affordable... but bills have to be paid and so we can't bring these down any cheaper... If you look at the group buy, now is the chance to jump on them, cause I can't pay the bills at that price... I wanted to give more people the chance to own these tail lights. Plus its nice to own something that is highly sought after and rare?
