Default Anyone replace or paint the shift bezel area?

I have a couple wore and chipped spots on the blackish gray painted plastic part of the shifter and cup holder area, anyone ever repaint this area??????? I actually spilled a HCL skin stuff in the area and when I wiped it off the paint seemed to come off. It seems to wear easy anyway as by my volume **** it is worn.....anyone have any solutions for the shifter area, I would like to re-paint it or somethin...

i've painted the shifter bezel as well as the cupholder.

Basically you can DIY those pieces. Take them off, spray them with spraycans u can find at PepBoys or some auto store, then apply a few coats of the clearcoat stuff. Those spray can clearcoats are not bad.

I painted mine 2 months ago. Got the paint from Pepboys (near perfect match). No clearcost is fine.
