Ivory = PIMP

Light grey = Less dirt

Take your pick!

Which exterior color are you getting? I would base the decision on which between ivory or light gray looks better with your exterior color as opposed to which shows dirt less. Inasmuch as they're both fairly light, I think they'll both show some dirt, but I don't think the difference would be enough to justify getting one over the other if one clearly looks better with the exterior color you've chosen. Does this make sense?

I have ivory and think I would prefer light gray. I think it looks better with the trim of the dash and ac/radio controls, etc.

Grey interior + blackwood wood trim = PIMP!

Default Ivory

Ivory is sweet. grey is ok. Ivory actually has grey door panels, dash and floormats. Cleaner and more expensive looking IMO

Chuck, you sure about that on the door panels and floormats? My GS has ivory with tan door inserts and brownish mats, not gray. Lexus website looks like it's the same on the new ones.

Right, it looks like the same color as mine -dark tan, maybe a little gray. GS with gray interior has a different color floormat if I recall correctly.

The inserts on the door are definitely tan, not gray. The surround is the same on both colors (matches the dash)

I don't know. My dash and door vinyl look grey, don't they? I also think my interior looks different than the ivory you posted. Maybe they changed a little through the years? Mine's a 2001GS430.

Could be, also could be editing by Lexus for the colors (more likely). I think the outer edges may be the same, but the insert is different. Defintely agree the outer edges of the door have a grayish color!

Heres a pic of Bitkahua's interior (gray one I've been in) showing gray carpet in rear.

Lextranny, the good news is you won't go wrong with either color -they're both very nice!

Dave -- I'm pretty sure Chuck's right. I have black interior, but my mother has had a 93, 97, 2000 and now 2003 LS 400, all white exterior with ivory interior, and the color of the interior has definitely changed over the years. I think it used to have much more of a tan hue (especially in the color of the trim), then it went to a more neutral ivory hue (like Chuck's 01), and now it seems as if it's back to a more of a tan hue.
