hahhaa, well, actually the mystery is solved.

the guy who "claimed" the car was his, he's actaully todd matsubara, the owner (and genius imho) of tm engineering in socal. he was a sponsor of this forum and also one for our meet, and he went up to norcal for the event.

almost everything on my car was installed and tuned by him, so he's like a master of my car. instead my car was a the display car for tm engineering during the meet. that's why he was sitting there with my car while i was running around like crazy

so it's all good, i know him so well, basically he can have my car any time he wants (some of you know EXACTLY what i am talking about)
