Hello, I am ussually on the sc forum, but was told that some of you GS'ers might be able to help me.

I am trying to find out what size the stock injectors are on my 93' sc400 and where I can get higher flow ones at. I was contemplating the idea of being able to swap them out with 8 injectors from a supra, but I don't know if this is possible.

Thanks in advance and all help is greatly appreciated .

Mean Gene please help this fellow Lexus enthusiast.

I know you have done some previous research regarding the stock fuel injectors in your V8 (GS) might be the same as the coupe.

Thanks,

Mind

Default mind if i take a stab on this?

Mind if I take a stab at this guys? Toyota has been using side feed stock injectors from Nippon Denso. I have not seen the color of the injector junction gaps on the '94 SC/LS 400s, but I assume they are less than 440cc. I am taking a guess that they are the 330cc rated injectors (orange gaps?). Back to your question of swapping the injector from the 1UZFE to the US Supra 550cc... it is possible. The only problem you would face is probably fine tuning your idling and possibly using the Supra fuel pump/walbroX2/bosch. Have you thought about using additional injector controllers? It seems rather caveman, but it works. Plus you have the luxury of turning off the additional injectors...

Thumbs up Sounds Good!

I think V300 has the right idea. I can't see adding higher flow injectors w/o some form of engine management system to go along with them. Might check with Mo or Scott here on the Board for the best setup for whatever mods SC has ( besides the obvious nitrous!! ).
