Seat cushion worn out

Has anyone added to or replaced cushion to the drivers seat? My drivers seat is not nearly as comfortable as the passenger seat. Is it possible to swap the seat bottoms?

You can probably go to an upholstery shop that does couches and such and have them do it. I know that my friend;s friend has an upholstety shop that does home couches and car seats at their shop
