I have a 2001 GS 430 with about 45K miles on it. Whenever I kick it down, which is fairly rare, I get that sulphur smell - coming inside MY car even at highway speeds.

It isn't unusual to smell that odor when a car up ahead kicks it down but I have never experienced it inside the car creating the smell. One would expect any exhaust gasses would stay under and behind the car, especially at speed.

The car is completely stock and I am not aware of any exhaust system issues. It's going in Tuesday morning for this and a couple other minor issues.

Please advise but only if you have had a similar experience or are aware of a probable cause.
