my climate control, and shifter thing doesnt light up anymore. what can this be? i checked the fuses and it all looked ok.

 

did you have any aftermarket radio installed? Thats what happened to me before. Loose wires thats it . . .

 

i dont have an after market radio however my radio harness was cut and stolen. can that be the problem? how would i fix this? the deler doesnt sell radio repair kit in cases like these.

 

send the unit to OLT, the mod, he will take care of you AND put a custom color of your choice in there.

 

Hey check all of your fusesbefore you pull out your climate control .There is a wire in the radio hrness that controls the lights.If the end of this wire was left exposed it may have grounded out and blown the fuse for that circuit.If the fuse is blown you may also want to put electrical tape or heat shrink tubing on the wires to prevent future shorts.If you are lucky you may also be able to get another radio with the connectors from a salvage yard and just solder them in.Or if you really feel luck try EBAY.Hope this helps
