Sup peeps,


I kinda confused. This morning we went to drop off our GS at CROWN LEXUS here in SOCAL and I asked the service consultant when will the NEW GS be available.....according to him the NEWLY DESIGNED GS will be here in FALL 2004?!?!?!?!


I thought it was a 2006 model to be available in the spring of 2005......I dont get it???


Any comments? I am sort of interested in it since we wil be paying off our 99 soon.

 

I have to say that I would not take my GS or any other car to Crown for ANY service. Parts, service, sales, etcc.. Their hideous reputation is well known and their incorrect comment only adds to their ignorance. Tough statement-, but best to avoid Crown at all cost.

 

Sorry that you had a BAD experience but they i have had NO problem with them. BTW your location states AUSTRALIA ( i know it could be anything)...are we talking about CROWN LEXUS in the ONTARIO AUTO CENTER in CALIFORNIA......
Anyway if you dont mind what happened that they are on your sh*t list....???

 

The issues I have had are extensive with them. Too long to list here. Conduct a search. Others have expressed similar incidents with Crown. Granted nobody is 100% perfect, yet I found found in my experience that Crown is subpar at best-even at their nice larger facility. At least now you can park somewhere instead of the street like the older facility they had.
