Default Insurance Update

Regarding this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...hreadid=109598

The insurance company finally got everything wrapped up and they say $27,308.62 for my car and I can go switch out my stock parts and take all the aftermarket stuff off..

Damn...that sounds like a pretty good deal that your insurance company is offering....ecspecially giving you the time to take off the aftermarket pieces.

That sounds like a great deal man, I'm really glad they did the right thing for ya! Sounds like someone will be GS shopping soon? or maybe LS430 shopping?

I thought it sounded good to, they just said that they have currently payed the storage fee through the 19th so to try and get it done by then or see if I can have it moved somewhere that storage fee won't have to be paid, otherwise I have to cover the storage fee after that date..

Still not sure on that yet, I am debating on buying a cheap car and using the money to invest I own a small business and am also getting started in real estate, right now I only have 6 houses and a quadplex so this would give me a decent chunk to invest on more places but at the same time I am only 23 so I have plenty of time to aquire more properties.. so if I do go the lexus route again it will be with a GS3 and I have already started checking in with Mo at SRT about an engine swap and a 'small' boost.. Of course I will keep you guys updated if I go that route

This made me chuckle. I knew, when joining this forum, a lot of you had money - but damn that is a lot of RE.

Are all those fully paid off?

Leverage, leverage, leverage. I'm sure you know all about that if you own that much property. Figure out if you can get a better return on your money by investing in a home. So if you can get a higher rate of return on your real estate than what the financing company is going to charge to finance a new ride then spend most of the money for more real estate. just my 2 cents

Good deal with the insurance co.! Glad it worked out...

On the real estate stuff, in the right area it doesn't take much to get into many properties...where I live you have to have serious cash to even think about it...at least 150K per property to start. So getting into multple properties is not happening quickly in my area unless you got lots-o-money.
