Does anyone have information on how to program the keyfob/car so that you can customize what happens when you hold down the lock or unlock buttons. As standard all the windows and moonroof open or close, but I'm sure I and many people would be keen to be able to change what widows are activated.

I know it's done by using the keys in the ignition but that's alll I know.

I had a look but couldn't find this info on any forum for 1998 onwards GS's.

 

You'll need to see your local dealer to handle this, they use a computer. I've done it on my '98 and it is a fairly quick process. I've tried to attach a file that I got off the board and saved or somewhere out here there is a thread listing all the different options available and you can use the search agent to find it. I changed things like the single door unlock/lock to all and the trunk to immediate open vs having to hold the button down.
