Default Loose switches

I recently bought a 2000 Lexus GS300, and what I noticed is that the switches for the front driver window are loose same with the rear passenger lock switch. any suggestions on how to fix it.

That means a moron in the past destroyed the door panels trying to do work he didn't know how to do. I had the same thing on my two front doors when I purchased mine. Just went on eBay and ordered a clean set of replacement panels. There won't be much else you can do.
