Default P0446 code on 2000 GS400

Hello, I am dealing with a P0446 trouble code. I currently have a broken vaccum nipple on my
intake, preventing me from attaching the vaccum hose. Is this part of the EVAP system? Smaller red circle

The housing is the intake resonator, the plastic gets brittle and the hose barbs break off. You can get a replacement housing, they are fairly common. Actually it’s the same intake on all 98-00 GS400, LS400, and SC400. Another option is getting some plastic epoxy and a replacement hose barb from the Home Depot, and patch it together, it just needs to be airtight, it doesn’t have to be pretty
