Default Dead GS300

I have a 2nd gen GS300 and haven't been driving it for a long time because it's easier not to. I've been having issues with the O2 sensors and had some codes I've forgotten about. I believe they were VSC and one of the sensors was loose and causing another code. I've fixed the O2 sensor issues and the car runs very smoothly.
I had a dead battery and charged it. When trying to get it connected, the alarm would sound bc I had the negative terminal connected before the positive and couldn't get it off. After reading a post, I connected the positive terminal before the negative and got the alarm off with the key.
It still wouldn't start. I tried connecting the positive terminal first, unlocked the driver's door before connecting the negative terminal. Now, it won't even jump start. I did more research and, thinking it would help, decided to connect the terminals without the battery. No luck.
The door bell dings with the key in the ignition, but nothing else is enabled. No lights, no crank, one year old alternator, new gaskets, new battery, new O2 sensors, car won't do anything. I don't know if I blew a fuse. I need help. Maybe I'll turn the key on the transmission while I can't drive it. Does anyone have any advice? I will greatly appreciate it. I'd absolutely love to drive it again.

I'm thinking you've blown the main fuse. It is in the fuse/relay box in front of the battery. Will be a large one, 120 amp if I remember correctly. It also bolts in from underneath the box and is a real pain to replace.

Thank you so much. I've read this fuse blows with a reversed charge or jump. I have only connected the opposite terminals to the charger which notified me of reversed polarities, not the car. When I get time to tear it apart, I'll check it, but will test the easy fuses before I check the main fuse. That looks complicated.
