i have these codes and i’m experiencing extreme power loss and sometimes most of the time it will turn off when driving i need to get it fixed asap what can i do about it & should i diy it or take it to a shop?

i talked to a shop today not too far from my house and they were telling me they can trick the code so i can get it pass deq but i was telling them about the codes i had as well and they said i can bring it in this wednesday so they can take a look at it
