Default gs300 single exit exhaust

i just bought my first gs300 last week been looking for exhausts and i love the look of a single angled exhaust, i would like to do a catback but the only one i have found is the hks hi power, its too quiet for my liking i would like something nice sounding not obnoxiously loud and definitely not a straight pipe and want to keep resonators for the back pressure and dont like the sound of a res delete. any suggestions? im okay with doing a custom exhaust but not sure how to set it up. also love the sound of this gs in the link:

Blitz Nur Spec R is a discontinued single exit exhaust, one of the last to have been produced. GReddy also had one but it's been discontinued even longer.

Your resonators don't contribute to backpressure in any way that would be beneficial but it's a good call to keep them because it sounds like *** without them.

The HKS Hi-Power is a dual axle-back kit, it just replaces the mufflers.

At this point your best option is to have something made custom, using an universal muffler.

The Nur Spec R is discontinued? It's still showing on Blitz's website. I was planning on getting that one...

Oh well, there is also the Kakimoto HYPER FULLMEGA N1+ Rev. which is single exit too. That one might be better since it's got the best name, after all.

Most of your options for the jzs160/161 are gonna be located in Japan. Meaning you’ll need to import a true unit in if you’re looking to get something actually meant for the car and not a custom unit. Shipping won’t be pretty but if it’s worth it to you is the best way to go. I searched high and low for a true single exit turn down catback and found one 3yrs ago off UpGarage.

a jzs161 exhaust wouldn’t fit on a jzs160 right? because its turboed or am i just dumb? as a full exhaust.

True unless it’s GTE swapped. But there are some single exit models for the 160. They rarely pop up on the auctions. They’ll typically be custom units.

Custom would probably be the cheapest and easiest way. You’d simply remove the mid-pipe and everything behind it, add a single pipe with a new resonator, and a new muffler.
Any halfway decent muffler shop should be able to hook it up pretty quick.

I would go with a custom single mid-pipe to a universal muffler like the HKS Carbon Ti, HKS Hi-Power, or Greddy.

i ran a single exit HKS Carbon Ti with 3 inch piping on my SC300 back in the day and it sounded great. It was really loud though. You could do smaller piping like 2.5 inch or go with big piping and add a resonator in there.
