Default EVAP Code

Code: P0440, P0441, and P0446

Pass emission except for check engine. (I also learned that these codes are about vacuum seal issues.)

I tried searching online and found that there is 2 valve vacuum switch, one on the engine bay and one by the evap canister.

Near Engine bay: https://parts.parkplacelexusplano.co...091012188.html
Near EVAP Canister: https://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/20..._solenoid.html

I'm asking for advice, should I check the engine bay vacuum switch first, see if its working then work on the canister, or should I check for any leaks (i dont have a smoke machine, and it seems expensive online, if there is one cheap, can you link it?), then check engine valve, then canister?

If you have any other ways to fix/help let me know, thanks!
