Need help with these code
Change your VVTi oil control valves. There's one at the top of each cylinder head at the front of the engine. One or both may be bad. Replacing them will potentially cure the first code as well since that can trigger when the oil valves go bad. I just had to replace them on my wife's Highlander as it was throwing similiar codes.

My gs400 had those codes come up and the car started running terrible, I did an oil change and added a special solvent designed to break down sludge and carbon and build up. I got from a parts store. Had to add to the oil and the car idle for a little while, and then changed the oil and then reset the codes, and 10 years later I have never had another issue with them. I was really happy with that solution, and avoided replacing those sensors.
Agree w/ dwoods, first thing with variable valve timing issues is to check oil level/condition. It is run by the oil system. An engine oil flush can break up blockages and restore operation. Definitely worth a try before replacing parts.
