2000 GS400 Knock Sensor ECU Pinout
Long story short, I just did the knock sensors in the 1UZ, 2 days later, the radiator fans let loose and killed my radiator. For those two days, she ran amazingly. After doing the radiator, fans, timing belt, water pump, and valve cover gaskets, the knock sensor code is back, for bank 2.
My question is, has anyone messed with the knock sensor wires coming off the ECU to wire to the good sensor. I'm not about to tear right back into this big girl again after just doing it to buy a way overpriced sensor that the car just flat out rejects. I haven't had the chance to pick up a FSM, the last platform I tinkered on just had a PDF of the full fsm readily available (Z31 300zx) so I'm kind of at a loss here, so any insight would help a fella out!
And yes, I did use the search function, but the only thing I found was something for a 300, which doesn't have the exact same plug, and I didn't want to risk getting the wrong wire so close to the ECU. I've already had to fix the transmission wires from somebody putting the wrong trans in, which is a whole nother story.
Any help is appreciated!
