Thanks fellas!

I have been doing something to the car ever since I had the SC put on, I didn't feel comfortable with any pics until it was clean and complete. I wanted to take a pic of the SAFC II in the ashtray, but my flash wasn't working for some reason. This was the first time I entered my car in a show...I actually only did it so I could park in a paved area that I could see my car. I had a ton of people checking out the car and asking questions, it was actually pretty fun entering...Im not sure if I won anything or not, I left before they anounced the winners. I was the only GS in the place, and there were two IS 300's...thats it for the Lexus family. Dateline NBC was in the house....and I had some Press people taking pics...hmmmm, maybe I should have talked to them!! I just tore out my trunk set up, so I couldn't floss the TV's and stereo goodies...exterior only today.

by the way...bluelex.....I "might" be entering the family of blue in the spring.....I'm kicking around some ideas in my head!

Good Lord, massive horsepower combined with rugged good looks is an instant formula for a show-winner and definitely a nice way to shut up the ricers......good job, bro!

Im not too sure how they would judge a car like this at the shows....most of the cars are the riced out cars with graphics and neons. There was definitely a ton if people flocking to the car, so I geuss they appreciate the change of pace from the normal car show cars. This show was different from most, it was a domestic vs import drag event. So there were cars from civics to 66 Impalas to ...uh hmmm...bad *** GS 400's!!

Both of you black and blue?

Anyway, nice as always. Are you going to go with the Veilside hood at some point? Maybe I am just remembering wrong, but I remember the topic being brought up a while back.
